These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by JP Berriz, including but not limited to consulting engagements, interim executive director services, the Nonprofit MBA program, downloadable content, email communications, and any associated online products or platforms ("Services").

1. Services Provided

JP Berriz offers the following services:

• Consulting & Strategic Support: Organizational assessments, strategic planning, board development, and capacity-building for nonprofit organizations.

• Interim Executive Director Services: Temporary executive leadership during periods of transition or crisis.

• Nonprofit MBA: A self-paced, 13-course digital training program including tools, templates, and strategic frameworks for nonprofit leaders.
  
  

2. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Use the Services for fraudulent or misleading purposes

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content or resource without written permission
  
  

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Consulting Services: Custom contracts will outline fees and deliverables.

• Interim Services: Daily or flat-rate pricing is outlined in a separate engagement agreement.

• Nonprofit MBA: Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access provided, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in writing.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, course content, videos, downloads, and intellectual property created by JP Berriz are owned exclusively by JP Berriz and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

5. Privacy Policy

When you engage with our Services, you may be added to our email list. We value your privacy and will never sell or share your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so during an active course or service may result in missing important updates or deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Berriz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. All Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."
